The first JUNIORS bill is called RENAISSANCE and will premiere on January 18, 2024. It is intended to introduce a predominantly young audience to the world of dance at a theatre – head on, without intermission. The title in combination with six choreographies is reminiscent of the beginnings of Gauthier Dance with Six Pack. In 2008, the company also started out with six dancers and six pieces. The choreographic line-up of RENAISSANCE leaves nothing to be desired. It includes world premieres by Rena Butler, Eric Gauthier and Barak Marshall. The evening is rounded off by three masterpieces: Sharon Eyal's SARA, Andonis Foniadakis’ amazing Bolero, danced on trampolines as well as Marco Goecke's Midnight Raga.
